Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Timeframe

    Our operating hours are from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Each order is processed and shipped out from our fulfillment center in Canada within 1-2 business days. Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the next business day.

    Estimated Delivery Time:

    📦 Central Canada (QC & ON): 1–4 business days.

    📦 Western & Atlantic Canada (AB, NB, NS, BC, MB, SK): 4–8 business days.

    📦 Eastern Provinces (NL & PEI): 7–10 business days.

  • Tracking

    Once your order is placed - you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. If you have any issues, you can reach out to us at info@fragrancestation.ca

    *Please note that you should expect delays during public holidays and "business days" do not include weekends.

    *Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping courier, and the location the item is being shipped to.

  • Disclaimers

    Please note that The Fragrance Station is NOT responsible for any incorrect addresses provided by customers. Couriers may deliver your parcel to your front door, we are NOT responsible for theft / damage.

    Please note that it is the client's responsibility to successfully pick up their item from the post office if they are unavailable for delivery. Should the item be returned to Fragrance Station due to failure to pickup, a 35% restocking fee will be charged and shipping will not be refunded.
