What's our Return Timeframe?

Our return policy is valid for 5 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or refunds.

What products can be returned?

Returns are accepted exclusively for brand-new, unused items. To qualify, the product must remain unused, in its original condition, and as it was when it arrived. The plastic wrapping must still be intact and completely sealed. If these conditions are met, the item can be returned to our designated return address.

What does the refund process look like?

To process your return, please ensure the item is accompanied by the original invoice or purchase confirmation. This will help us verify the transaction quickly. Returns must be shipped with tracking, and a signature is required upon delivery for confirmation. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 2-4 business days. Please note, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

What products can't be returned?

All premium brands (Tom Ford, Dior, Creed, YSL, Hermes) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Tester products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

What are Restocking fees?

Due to the high demand for our products, a restocking fee of 35% will be applied to all returns. For example, if a fragrance priced at $100 is returned, the refund amount will be $65. This policy ensures we can continue to offer our premium selection to all of our valued customers.

Fragrance Station is not responsible if the product shipped out includes an item that had it's packaging changed or if it's scent was reformulated by the brand. If you are ever unsure, please contact us directly at info@fragrancestation.ca to confirm information about your future purchase.

If a product is returned to Fragrance Station from the client, it is the responsibility of the client to pay for the return shipping. For information about the return address, please contact info@fragrancestation.ca for the details.

If you've recently placed an order and would like to inquire about cancelling or making a change, please reach out to our team as quickly as possible.

Should your order enter the processing stage, unfortunately our team will be unable to make any changes or cancel the order. Once the order has been delivered, our team will be able to assist in setting up a return / refund for the order should it meet the refund policy criteria.

Please be advised that if your order is cancelled at your request, you will be refunded the total minus any payment provider processing fees.
